Rules and useful information

  • * Contact person and telephone number for contact.

    * How many dogs, stating whether they can be housed together or must be placed separately.

    * Care details such as medication. (medication and special food must be brought by the owner for the entire stay)

  • We work with cash. No card. 

    With longstay 50% of the amount must be paid when the owner brings the dog.

    Short stays may be paid upon collection.

    * You will receive an official receipt so that you can prove that your dog has stayed with us.

  • All basic necessities for the dog are present.

    If you decide to place your own dogpillow or toys in the accommodation, this is entirely at your own responsibility and risk. We are not responsible for damage.

  • If desired, a photo or video of your dog can be sent to your Whatsapp / Viber / Messenger during His / Her stay.

  • Dogs must be approachable to caregivers for daily care.
    (Accommodation for dogs with aggression problems is planned / under construction.).

  • Caregivers do their best to provide your dog with the best possible guidance during their stay. Details will be reported to you. In case of an emergency / illness, a vet will be visited at your expense. 

    This is the nearest/on-duty veterinarian. You may mention your own veterinarian, transport costs will be calculated.

  • Your dog stays at the hotel under your responsibility.
