Math and Gerly both grew up with animals. Math trained his parents' Labrador and Labrador/Rottweiler mix in obedience, while Gerly's home was filled with a German Shepherd, Border Collie, and her nanny's Dalmatian and Malinois.

As German Shepherd enthusiasts, we began training IPO/IPG together and helping owners with young dogs at the club. Math trained Nando from a puppy, and Gerly trained Branco, followed by Remco. After Gerly's father's passing, we adopted his German Shepherd, Vera, who excelled in scent detection.

We also started practical tracking with Remco and later with Basco, following Royal Canadian Mounted Police rules. All our dogs, past and present, participate in scent detection.

When Nando and Remco became seniors, we brought in a new puppy, Basco, who now excels in practical tracking, detection, and dog fitness. Since 2016, we've been involved in animal rescue in the Netherlands and Croatia, supporting through donations and training to increase dogs' chances of adoption.
